Call for Artisans:
The Artisans Market on the Square is sponsored by the Mountain View Area Artisans Council whose members include the Arkansas Craft Guild, the Mountain View Art Guild, the Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour, the Ozark Folk Fiber Guild, The Ozark Folk Center, the Mountain View Chamber
of Commerce, and the City of Mountain View. This Third Annual Artisans Market will be held in conjunction with the 48th Annual Arkansas Folk Festival which opens the Spring season of festivals in the Arkansas Ozark Mountains. It has a long and very successful history and tradition and draws visitors from all over the state of Arkansas and the mid-south region. Thousands of visitors make this an annual event in the spring time and return year after year. The Artisans Market is located in a pedestrian only mall on the streets of the east and west sides of the Stone County Court House.
